ISOLATED TO SCATTERED STORMS WILL LIKELY DEVELOP THIS AFTERNOON WITH MODERATE TO STRONG EFFECTIVE SHEAR SUPPORTIVE OF A FEW SUPERCELLS CAPABLE OF ISOLATED HAIL/WIND THREAT.
